A: We suggest your left hand as this is where medical staff are trained to check your pulse.
Q: Do you arrange engraving for me?
A: No. We found errors can occurred for various reasons. We believe its best if you take your bracelet to the engraver yourself, to be sure to get exactly what you want. Engravers are located in most major shopping centres.
Q: Where can I get my Identity Bracelet engraved?
A: Check your local yellow pages to find your nearest engraver. They are usually located in most major shopping centres.
Q: What do I do if I have a problem with a product I have received?
A: Contact us via email as soon as possible and we can work it out. All sales become final 21 days after order and it is not possible to exchange or refund after this date. So contact us early to avoid this. If you need to return a purchase we recommend you use registered post. We can not be accountable for items lost in transit.
Q: How do you send my order?
A: All Australian orders are sent via Registered Post and delivered via Australia Post. Registered Post comes with $100 insurance included. International orders are sent regular mail (no insurance or tracking available).
Q: How much is postage within Australia?
A: Postage is calculated depending on the total of your order. Postage starts at $6 and maximum of $10 for larger items and orders. All Australian orders are sent via Registered Post and delivered via Australia Post. Registered Post comes with $100 insurance included.

A: All orders are sent from Sydney (Australia) metro area.
Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?
A: Australia Post usually delivers between 1 - 4 working days depending on your location within Australia. Overseas items will take longer. All items are posted from Sydney Metro area.

A: Measure your wrist and allow a little extra for a comfortable fit.
